Odin:

The All father. God of Victory and the Dead. Associated with wisdom, healing, royalty, the gallows, knowledge, war, battle, sorcery, poetry, the frenzy, and the runic alphabet. Odin; Also known as Woden or Wotans, The Creator of the world. Wednesday is named after him. He is followed by two wolves named Geri & Freki (The ravenous & the greedy one) and a pair of Ravens named Huginn (Thought) & Muninn (Memory / Mind). Huginn & Muninn fly all over the world & Midgard & bring information to the Supreme God of the Aesir. Depicted as an Old man with one eye, a long beard, adjourning a black cloak with a broad hat; Odin welds a long spear; by the name of Gungnir. Odin, the All father, rides an 8 legged steed by the named Sleipnir across the Skys, the northern lights and into the underworld. Odin is known by hundreds of names and has many children but the most famous of them are Thor (with Jord) and Baldr (with Frigg).
